We support our products fully, and pledge to assist you should any problems arise. We hope, after reading this information, you are as confident in our product as we are.

We are well aware that there are lots of 'cheap' glow sticks and suppliers on the internet and on auction websites such as eBay. Our product are a little more expensive and as a company we pay more for a high quality source so that we can ensure our products are of a very high standard.

We hold public liability insurance of £5,000,000 should any issues arise.

Usage Recommendations

Although our products are designed to be safe, there are a few guidelines we recommend are followed for maximum enjoyment.

1. Please follow the guidelines on the packaging
2. We recommend the products for ages 3+ only. Some contain small parts eg. connectors.
3. Keep in the packaging until ready for use - this will preserve the shelflife.
4. Don't cut, pierce or generally 'punish' the plastic outer tube - contents can stain fabric & furniture
5. Keep away from sunlight and high temperatures.
