We accept all major Credit and Debit cards through our website, including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Electron, Maestro. We are also able to accept card payments via the telephone and by fax. If you wish to send your order by post, we accept payment by cheque, postal order or bank transfer.

All orders placed before 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched the very same day, and delivered the following working day. Orders placed after this time, at the weekend or on Public Holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Super Saver Delivery
The lowest price delivery service, which is free for orders over £10. Your order will be delivered within 5 working days. A signature may be required upon delivery. It is not possible to specify the delivery date.

Express Next Day
This is a premium next day delivery service, which guarantees prompt delivery the following working day by 5pm. This service requires a signature. You will receive full tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Express Next Day by 12pm Noon
This is a premium next day delivery service, which guarantees prompt delivery the following working day by 12pm. This service requires a signature. You will receive full tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Express Saturday Delivery
Suited for last minute orders required for the weekend, or for customers who work during the week and require a weekend delivery service. Your order will be delivered by 12pm on the next available Saturday after you have placed your order.

We will endevour to deliver anywhere in the world. Our online system will calculate the cost to most major countries in Europe, however if your destination is not listed or you require a more detailed quotation, please do not hesitate to contact us. Free delivery is only available to the United Kingdom.

You may track the status of your order at any time through our Order Tracking service. This provides you with real time updates to your order. Once your item has been dispatched, you will also be able to track the parcel in real-time with the courier company.

You are entitled to a seven day cooling off period from the date of delivery, to allow you the time to evaluate your products. During this time, you may return all or part of your order to us and you will receive a refund. Faulty goods should be returned to us within seven days also, so that we may test the product and offer a refund or replacement where necessary.

If you do wish to return an item for whatever reason, please contact us and we will provide you with the full details on how to return your item(s) within 24 hours.

Your personal details are not passed on to any 3rd parties apart from the necessary requirements to fulfil your order. All personal data is stored is accordance with the DATA PROTECTION ACT OF 1983 and is not stored in clear text on any website.

There are a few companies that may be given your details. Information is passed to our delivery company.. Additionally, we may pass your details to fraud checking agencies should we feel this is required to prevent a fraudulent transaction. Please be aware that all the companies we deal with also have strict data protection policies and do not share your personal details either. You can request a copy of all the details we hold for you. A fee of £10 is payable to cover administrative costs.
